Pathetic.. I had three all purchased from Amazon that after 50-100 miles were inoperable. Two of them would die every 2 miles. One completely stopped working.
Customer service is terrible. Do not purchase.

Got one for Christmas. Was so excited! When guess what? The thing wouldn't unlock. Wouldn't fall asleep. Glitches out. And if you want any help from BIRD, don't bother. They won't help you if you don't buy from them directly, or Best Buy. I don't understand how this is even legal. Now I have a lovely pink scooter sitting in my hallway, thats never been used. Never can be used.
