I'm a runner and I recently started taking Orangetheory classes. My running shoes are too awkward for the classes. Great for running but they feel unstable when lifting weights and doing floor exercises.

I bought these for something flatter to wear.

I like them well enough but 1) I wouldn't opt for white if you're using row machines (mine were quickly destroyed by the foot straps) and 2) they are stiff where the material around the eyelets for the laces meets the cloth of the shoe. So when I'm on the treadmill for part of the class, it digs into my skin where my big toe joint connects to the rest of my foot.

I'm used to it well enough for now but I wouldn't repurchase these for myself.
