I usually have it for breakfast then 3 hours pass I have a small 250 calorie meal and another 250 calorie meal 2 hours later and have the slim fast for late dinner snack after 9pm and then go to sleep around 12:30 and I've been losing 3 pounds every week since I started 2 weeks ago.
