With Universal accolades and consistently reviewed as one of the absolute best down-hill MTB helmets on the planet, I personally think the Troy Lee Designs D4 Carbon Helmet in "Mirage Black/Red" is the best looking full-faced helmet on the market at this time. It it light weight with good ventilation.... It just isn't very comfortable on my head after all day riding.
I am right between a size small and medium in most high-end motorcycle helmets, and right on the small-end of size medium according to the Troy Lee Designs' sizing chart. I bought both the size small and the the size medium, then returned the size small -- it was WAY too small. Even with careful size testing, it simply is not especially comfortable after wearing for a while.
Purchased for my 40mph Veteran Sherman (EUC) electric unicycle.
